Refund policy

At G2G Gadgets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at cruncher901@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps — please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once your return request is approved, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including items damaged through misuse or items returned outside the 30-day window.

Your Rights As a UK customer, you are also protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
