How it works
- Email hello@g2ggadgets.com. Write it the way you’d say it out loud. No question is too small.
- Say which device it is, if you know (for example “an iPhone”, “a Samsung phone” or “a Windows laptop”), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Cameron at G2G reads it and replies by email with plain-English steps.
Keep yourself safe
Never send passwords, PINs, bank or card details, or codes sent to your phone. We will never ask for them, and we will never ask to control your device remotely. If anyone claiming to be G2G does, it isn’t us.
If you think you’ve been scammed, contact your bank straight away using the number on the back of your card. Our scam text guide explains what to do next.
